To further strengthen the foundation of safety and quality management, reinforce primary responsibility for workplace safety, and foster a positive atmosphere where all employees prioritize safety, understand regulations, and value quality, Xinyaqiang Silicon Chemistry Co., Ltd. successfully concluded its Safety and Quality Knowledge Competition on June 26, 2026. Six teams formed from various departments across the company gathered at the competition venue to engage in a comprehensive contest featuring theoretical quizzes and on-site practical exercises.

The competition featured four main segments, each building on the previous one and offering numerous highlights. The “Answer Every Question” segment focused on foundational theory, with questions covering safety regulations, quality systems, and Party-building theory, comprehensively testing participants’ daily learning outcomes and solidifying their knowledge of safety and quality. The “Race Against the Clock” segment was fast-paced and intense; teams responded swiftly and enthusiastically, making it not only a contest of speed but also a test of composure and adaptability under pressure; the “Strategic Game” segment, where teams made careful assessments and flexible decisions, leading to dramatic score swings; several teams managed to turn the tide by scoring high on key questions; and the “Practical Drill” segment, based on real-life production scenarios from the company, where teams analyzed potential hazards on-site and simulated emergency response procedures, with expert judges providing detailed feedback and comprehensive scores on operational compliance, hazard identification capabilities, and team coordination. The atmosphere on site was lively yet orderly. Contestants responded calmly, divided tasks effectively, and worked in seamless coordination, fully demonstrating their solid professional expertise and proactive, enterprising spirit.

This competition adhered to the principles of “promoting learning through competition, promoting practice through competition, and promoting action through competition,” effectively motivating employees to proactively delve into safety and quality-related professional knowledge. Moving forward, the company will regularly conduct a series of safety education and hands-on training activities, continue to rigorously implement all aspects of work safety and quality management, address weaknesses in management, and strictly prevent all types of safety risks and hazards.
