Fight to the Finish, Targets Are the Bottom Line

On July 25, Xinyaqiang Silicon Chemistry Co., Ltd. held a work deployment meeting for the second half of 2026. Building on the first-half work summary meeting held on June 28, the meeting conducted an in-depth review of the first-half operational results and key tasks, thoroughly analyzed the current business landscape, and made comprehensive arrangements for the final push toward the full-year targets. Chu Yajun, Vice Chairman and General Manager of the company, presided over the meeting and delivered an important speech. All senior executives and representatives of the management team attended the meeting.

The meeting noted that all employees had worked hard under pressure during the first half of the year, and that these achievements were hard-won. While acknowledging these accomplishments, it is even more important to fully confront shortcomings and gaps, maintain a clear-headed perspective, engage in self-reflection, and redouble efforts to address these weaknesses. The second half of the year is a critical period for securing victory in achieving the annual targets. The meeting called on all employees to start anew with a “clean slate” mindset, remain unwaveringly focused on the annual goals, consistently adhere to a results-oriented approach, and concentrate on key areas such as market breakthroughs, the commercialization of R&D products, refined production, improved management efficiency, strict adherence to risk control thresholds, accelerated project development, and talent development. Responsibilities must be clearly defined, and morale must be boosted to ensure that all tasks are effectively implemented and the final push to meet the annual targets is successfully completed.
